Quick fixes
- Reps aren't counting. Make sure your whole body is in view, lighting is even, the phone is steady and at roughly hip height, and your clothing contrasts with the background.
- The camera won't start. Check iOS Settings ▸ FormFit AI ▸ Camera.
- Pro isn't showing after purchase. Open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases with the same Apple ID.
- The Apple Watch app shows nothing or doesn't tap. Keep your iPhone nearby and the FormFit AI app open on it, start the workout on the iPhone, and open FormFit AI on the watch once to allow Health access. In the Watch app on your iPhone, check FormFit AI is installed.
- I don't see the AI coach. It needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings.
- iCloud sync isn't working. Check you're signed in to iCloud in iOS Settings and that Settings ▸ Sync across devices ▸ iCloud is on in the app, then tap Sync now.
- Reminders don't arrive. Check iOS Settings ▸ Notifications ▸ FormFit AI, and the toggles in the app's Settings.
Accessibility statement
We aim for this website to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA: readable contrast, full keyboard navigation with visible focus, a skip link, semantic headings, text alternatives for images, and reduced motion when your device asks for it. The app uses standard iOS controls wherever it can, so system settings like text size and VoiceOver apply there.
Known limitations. The core feature, camera-based movement tracking, needs you to be able to stand or position yourself in view of the camera, and some animated visuals in the app (like the dot-matrix counters) are decorative. If you hit a barrier, tell us at support@compsgeek.in and we'll work on it.

Fonts: Manrope, Instrument Serif and JetBrains Mono under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, self-hosted. The 3D body mesh is based on the MakeHuman base mesh and targets, released under CC0. All screenshots and artwork on this site are from FormFit AI itself. The app uses Firebase and Google Sign-In under their respective terms.
